I am always so drawn to thoughtful expressions on children, especially in black and white photographs. These studio portraits are about so much more than just capturing a likeness; heirloom portraits are designed to show the heart and soul of the subject and stir emotion in the viewer. Reminiscent of the old fashioned studio children's portraits of the 40s and 50s, every child's heirloom portrait is created with all sustainable materials and styled with timeless children's apparel. Heirloom photography can be finished in charcoal, pastel or as an oil portrait painting.
