I had so much fun working on this Mommy and Me heirloom portrait for this sweet little man and his mom. The mother and child bond is such a special relationship to capture with a photography session, and nothing captures it quite as purely and innocently as classic studio portraits.

His family chose this series of three images for their finished portrait, each telling a story of their connection and love for each other. The center image is absolutely precious, as you can clearly see just how much they adore each other. 

I packed up my photography studio, based in Raleigh NC, and took this Mommy and Me photography session right in their family home where this little one could stay in his routine and in the environment he's most comfortable. I have worked with this sweet boy before, and he is so funny and engaging, and full of personality. His finished portraits were printed on 100% cotton, archival grade museum grade paper, matted in a pure cotton rag mat, and custom framed. It was delivered as a finished piece of art and ready to hang in their family home and be enjoyed for a lifetime! I love handling the portrait process start to finish for my clients, so all that is left to do for them is enjoying their art! Life is too busy, and these memories are too precious to sit in a drawer waiting to go on the wall!
