As a studio portrait artist in the Greater Raleigh area, it is important to me that I capture the true nature of a child. Most of the time, big cheesy grins don't show the real heart and soul of a child. My goal in creating art is to focus solely on who this child is, not just what they look like. This sweet little one was quiet, thoughtful and inquisitive, with a soft spirit and a tender heart ... I think her portrait speaks perfectly to her sweet nature. This child's heirloom portrait was created from a reference image photographed at her photography session in Raleigh.
