RALEIGH OUTDOOR CHILDREN'S PHOTOGRAPHY

We have had a beautiful summer of photography sessions at the park. Even though we still have a month of summertime remaining, I can already see the light slowing changing; it’s softening earlier, and glowing a little more golden just before the sun dips below the horizon… we are heading towards fall. Soon it’ll be all about back to school, and after that it’s a race towards the holidays. So for now, I’m going to continue to soak up the warmth of this season. I love summer sessions- calm, late evenings at the park watching barefooted children chase fireflies, and roll down grassy hills after their portrait sessions. We’ve spent much of these warm months at Fred Fletcher Park in Raleigh…  It never disappoints, but the colors and landscaping have been especially amazing this year. It’s the perfect place for summer portraits.
